Technical Monitoring:

The main purpose of the Services is to monitor, visualize, quality assessment and Incident (detection of the End Customer Signals (Video, Audio & Data) in real time by performing various kinds of measurements on the signals at different points in the signal path, and produce audio visual alarm with logging all details including time stamp when the measurement results are not within specifications.

The Monitoring Platform allows the operator to monitor, visualize and detects Incidents of the End Customer Signal. The transponders beam are received in JMC in Amman‐Jordan. a monitoring platform will be installed at JMC and it will be the centralized monitoring location, where, all staff, reporting, and follow up will be handled.

We monitor around 600 services from different satellite and clients ( Nilesat, Arabsat, Hotbird, Yahsat and AsiaSat ).

Anti-Piracy Monitoring

Responsible for monitoring a number of channels requested by our clients that broadcast a non‐copyrighted materials and report back to them whenever a copyrighted material is broadcasted.
